I like the app so far. Would be better if they could integrate the store into the app instead of linking off to the browser (not a huge deal). Also I pay my bills months in advance so it would be nice if the credit shown on account was updated upon receiving funds instead of at the end of the month when a new bill is issued (also not a huge deal). I have found the app really useful. It does take a while to configure with all the security questions. Once setup, this is a much better way to track usage and to use the chat function to contact Telstra directly. I have found the bot useless but chatting to someone usually sorts the issue and no no need to keep the chat open. Much better than calling them.
