Usually, I love this app and everything that my Sense is capable of. However, everything has stopped working since the new update. I no longer recieve notifications on my watch-which I rely on heavily due to work. This has been a huge issue and I would love to see it fixed as soon as possible. I’ve tried everything suggested on the fitbit website, in addition to a few others. Tried contacting support, but got disconnected from the chat and haven’t been able to open a new one since. PLEASE fix!

I was super excited to get the sense when it came out. But after having it for a year, I’m having to charge it daily, I have to force stop the app about 5 times a day and then resync to get notifications on my phone. The stairs climbed has never worked. I finally deleted it where I just wouldn’t see it cause it made me mad every time I looked at it. Since I no longer pay for the expensive premium version the stats are worthless. Doesn’t have enough good apps. I just bought a Samsung watch today.

I really like the app. It’s easy to use and everything is rather easy to find. I just wish there were more free options for ppl who can’t necessarily get Premium. I would also like to be able to add NOTES to things involving the period tracker and even the water tracker. Also wish the app had DARK MODE. Dark Mode is NEEDED. Its almost the only app I have that doesn’t support it. PLEASE do this soon!

Pretty great app, with features that mostly function well and a friendly UI. There are some issues though, for instance the inability to submit feedback through the app & food logging issues. Nutrition often differs from what the package says so if I don’t want to submit something to the database & wait for it to be added, I do my own math i.e. 1.35 servings instead of 1. But “recent” logs are not sorted or searchable so it can be hard to find items I’ve already found and calculated servings for

Overall Fitbit has been pretty easy to use, reliable, and motivational. You can set your own goals within the app which is cool. The only knock on it so far is that after I did this it doesn’t tell me I’ve met my miles goal until I’ve gone 11.31 miles, 4.31 miles past my miles goal. That aside, between using the OMAD diet and putting in entirely too many steps for someone ridiculously out of shape, I’ve been able to shed a lot of unwanted fat and will continue to do so.
