Great app just a small problem with the search and filters. It doesn’t matter how specific you are the results are about 90% stuff of zero interest. So you then have to sift through the pages looking at the item details to narrow down your search. Much easier to Google exactly what you need but it doesn’t always give the Amazon option for purchasing.

Great app! Works really well, the only thing I would hope for it to have in the future is definitely dark mode! Whenever its night and I think of something I need to add to my cart it would help a lot if my eyes didn’t burn. The only other complaint I have is the video playback on products, they are low quality and won’t load half the time or stutter in the middle. Other than that just a few changes in the ui to make it look more modern would be appreciated.

The app is very well laid out. I find it very easy to find exactly what I am looking for. My shopping from beginning to end is done in under a minute or 2. Amazon is my go to for just about everything strictly because of ease of use and expedience. The only area that I get frustrated with is trying to locate my subscriptions to streaming services. It is somewhat hidden, and you can’t cancel a service from your phone. I find this to go against my usual customer experience with Amazon.

I have no complaints yet. It can sometimes be hard to navigate especially from one service, lists, settings, options, and other things Amazon provides. It’s kinda like trying to navigate the insides and outs of Google. And I think it’s an inherited issue to any service that gets this big. One downside I’ve had. And this is not Amazon’s fault. Eventually like ebay you never know what your gonna get. Or even if it was a deal or not. But I use it more than any other service similar to it.

Normally, the app is great no issues, user friendly for the most part. HOWEVER, lately it keeps switching itself to Spanish! Do u know how hard it is to find the setting to switch languages when you can’t read the language? This has happened 3x. Idk if my phone is possessed or the app or others have this issue but it’s extremely frustrating! Please, please fix this if it’s on your end.
