convenient app for ordering food, but I wish there were more opportunities for promo codes. I seldom get to use them. also, it wouldn’t hurt to offer free trials for dash pass. as far as trying to sign up to be a dasher, the process is a bit tedious and after speaking to like 4 different people trying to get my account activated to work with them, it never happened. and I still get texts about it about once a week.

Nice and easy to use. But one thing I think is a problem. I’ve placed orders sometimes, only to have the dasher reach the restaurant and inform me that it was closed. They couldn’t cancel the order so I had to do it, and then had to contact support to get a refund. I think it would be good to allow the dasher to cancel the order in these cases since that would be easier.

Doordash customer service is prompt, easy, and automated too. I really like ability to add other items from nearby places onto my order, but the app isn’t really optimized for that so if you do it, don’t pay too much attention to the app itself during the delivery process. for the most part I love using door dash. I just wish that more of the delivery people would read the instructions I give as GPS for our condo isn’t the best. I don’t mind going out to grab it but when I have to redirect them to the right area so that we are even able to find eachother it’s a little irritating. that’s why I don’t finalize my tip amount until after I receive my order. if I don’t have to come out and track down the driver they get a better tip.
